At Domi Outdoor Living, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your outdoor furniture, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the item in its original packaging to begin the return process.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer's box and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside before shipping it back to our warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item for any damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
